This complete, seamless protective all rubber finish damp-proofs, provides an ENERGY STAR™; bright white reflective surface for your modified bitumen, or BUR roof that instantly cools and can reduce peak energy cooling demand by up to 15%, simultaneously blocking 100% of the damaging UV from reaching your original roof.

This solution is best when minimal work is required and the performance relies on the integrity of the existing roof. An infrared scan is strongly recommended for membrane roofing followed by replacement of any damaged membrane or damp or damaged substrates prior to coating. Trapped moisture will result in accelerated decay both to the roof and coating.
