National Sales Manager
Ross Stover, National Sales Manager for Topps Products, Inc. brings a vast array of experiences to the table. A native of Kansas; Ross followed in the footsteps of generations of farmers and ranchers developing a strong work ethic, valuable strategic thinking, and a mastering of appropriate skills of many kinds at an early age.
Ross obtained his commercial pilot’s license at age 18, working as a crop duster while furthering development of his problem-solving skills. After a tough decision to leave the family farm, in the early 80’s, he began working in real estate. As a licensed real estate agent and appraiser, Ross assisted county and state personnel with the implementation and oversight of data collection, ownership mapping, and appraisal of real estate in six counties for a state mandated reappraisal. He later went on to become General Manger of Case IH Agricultural Equipment, a multi-store dealership, and later, was elevated to the post of Regional Sales Manager for the U.S. Division of Geringhoff International.
In 1999, Ross was approached by an established, commercial/industrial roofing company doing projects in multiple states, with an opportunity to act as Senior Estimator. He accepted this challenge and became knowledgeable in all aspects of the roofing industry. In 2008, he accepted a position with Topps Products as Sales Manager where he has enjoyed providing assistance to roofing contractors across the country.
Ross and his wife of 40 years, Tawny, have enjoyed hunting, motocross racing, and flying over the years, but now devote free time to their two sons and their wives, their four grandsons, and their granddaughter.
