Product Description: |
An extra strength liquid elastomeric roof seam and fastener sealant.
SeamGuard ingredients include: Weather resistant compounded rubber to
protect; UV inhibitors to prevent sun damage; elastomeric resins to seal, waterproof and rustproof; rust inhibitors for
added protection on metal surfaces. |

Basic Uses: |
- As a reinforcement material to seal seams and fasteners on metal and asbestos roofs before coating.
- For repair reinforcement with Topps Seal® Systems 1000,
1300, Topps Seal® Excel Systems 1000E,
1400, Topps Seal® WB System 1200.
- Adheres to concrete, metal, wood, masonry,
Hypalon polyurethane, asphalt and mineral cement surfaces.

Performance Characteristics: |
- SeamGuard has the elastomeric
properties to withstand movement of the roof surface and retain flexibility.
- A unique ability to develop tensile strength quickly.
- Thin body sprays or brushes into all crevices to repair where other products virtually can not.
- Creates its own membrane.

Compatibility with Other Materials: |
SeamGuard is compatible with metal, mineral cement, sealed masonry, stabilized asphalt, and most previous paints or finishes.
