Repairs With Topps® Products

Repairs are always an indication that something else is needed. With Topps repair products you can address the most critical parts of your roof before finishing off with a waterproof coat of Topps Seal™. These repairs can be completed over a period of time to help with budgetary issues or working around weather.

1. Prep work to watertight. Roof is cleaned, seamed with two layers of SeamGuard™, fasteners tightened and/or replaced and sealed with RivetGuard™, all flashings addressed including Polyprene™ flashing cement as needed, any replacement metal done (45%).

2. First layer of TOPPS® roofing installed. RustArrestor™ is applied if needed (recleaned if done as separate trip) and either Topps Seal™ or Base Coat™ is applied. Leaves an attractive, uniform look and reduces cleaning work required for final layer. If done as separate trip (35%). Reduce to (20%) if done during same time as #1 above.

3. Final layer of TOPPS®. Roof is rinsed using low pressure and final layer of Topps Seal™ applied (35%). This becomes (30%) if #1 & 2 above are not done together.

NOTE: Adding 1, 2, & 3 comes up to 110% of your original bid if 1 & 2 are not done together. This adjusts for extra cleaning work that occurs if you cannot put your Base Coat (stage 2) down initially when doing stage 1.
