| At R&D Tool and Engineering our customers
depend on us for our reputation of precision tooling. It is an
area where very little to no tolerance for error is permitted,
which ultimately keeps our customers in business. So when we
find a system for our needs, which meet our expectations in business,
I am only too happy to report back. We have enjoyed our first dry winter in Bldg.
#3 for some years and want to report to you we are thrilled with
the performance of the TOPPS SEAL SYSTEM. It has met our
expectations and then some. You tend to anticipate surprises
when your business is precision. With TOPPS SEAL there
were none.
Building #3, as you know, has a low slope
profiled 160 square metal roof. Over the years we were developing
a continual problem with irritating leaks on top of our $100,000+
machines and computers. A lot of these from flashing to vents,
fasteners which had loosened, damage sustained from people walking
across it and plain and simple aging.
From our point of view, treating it with a
seamless liquid rubber system such as yours made sense. To have
a system so simple to apply that we applied it by using our own
labor (unskilled in this area, I might add), made the results
and savings even more gratifying, if that is possible considering
we previously had a real leaker! We certainly are pleased yet
not surprised.
The TOPPS SEAL SYSTEM brought to us
by TOPPS®
gave us precisely what we were looking for. It is a system we
can highly recommend based upon our own results, is certainly
simple to apply correctly, really does lock out the weather,
and makes our roof again look and perform like one. Although
time is the ultimate test for many products I feel confident
this product will last as you demonstrate through your warranty.
We would be pleased to recommend TOPPS
SEAL to anyone. We will be using it again on other applications
as needed.
