Colors: Gray Product Description: A heavy duty rubber repair cement and sealant. Polyprene ingredients include: Synthetic rubbers, plasticizers, reinforcing fibers and UV inhibitors. Basic Uses: Repair roof leaks and seal joints, recurring or critical cracks at flashings, seams, parapets, vents, outlets and gaps around vibrating fans, sign supports and other rooftop equipment before coating. Use on metal, BUR, EPDM, wood, concrete, masonry, and mineral cement. As a sealant/joint between dissimilar materials. Pitch pans. For use with all Topps® roof and sidewall coatings and paints. Performance Characteristics: Cures quickly into a solid, long-lasting, watertight seal. Minimal shrinkage. 850% elongation and recovery assures that Polyprene will move with the building and rooftop equipment. 20% more solids than even the best competitive sealants, greater film quality provides better protection for damaged areas. High tensile strength with excellent adhesion. Compatibility with Other Materials: Polyprene is compatible with all of the Topps coatings and repair materials and most conventional roofing materials.
