Dear Kim,

Just a note to update you on our experiences with the Topps Products we have purchased.  As you know, we were introduced to your products by the Mobile Airport Authority in Mobile, Alabama.  They had sealed the top of a Jetway that was rusty and leaking badly.  We knew this was something we had to look into.  The airport Authority gladly shared their information with us.

We have currently used Topps Seal Excel - White, Topps Seal Base Coat, and RustArrestor.  The first application used was on 2 Jetways in Norfolk, Virginia.  These Jetways were also rusty and leaking.  Due to the area that was damaged, only those areas were sealed with the Topps Products.  After the process was complete, we decided that this was going to solve our problems with leaky Jetways.

The second application was on the Delta Airlines owned Jetway in Mobile.  At this stage it was decided to invest in a sprayer to expedite the process.  I sent two of our Ground Maintenance Technicians down to install the sealer.  They were very pleased with the sprayer and how well the product covered.  The entire top was sprayed with Topps Seal.  It turned out very well.  We are looking forward to going back to Norfolk to spray the tops of those Jetways completely.

Due to the current conditions of the airline industry after September 11th, the replacement of aging equipment may not be an option in the near future.  The use of the Topps Seal may play an important role in keeping our older Jetways in service longer to get us through this difficult time.

We have recently had Topps RivetGuard added to our approved chemical list.  This will come in handy for use around the various fasteners used on our Jetways.  Thank you for your support and we look forward to using more of your products.
