This newly established 600-bed hospital in Thailand chose TOPPS SEALTM to preserve their concrete roof. Located about one-tenth of a mile from the ocean, the roof required special protection from harsh sun and salt/sea air. Before coating, the roof was thoroughly cleaned and sealed with ClearSealTM. White TOPPS SEAL was applied as a topcoating for a seamless finish. Roof surface was swept free of dirt and debris prior to sealing surface with ClearSealTM. TOPPS SEALTM in bright white was applied to the 26,000 ft2 roof to reflect harmful U.V. rays. The finished roof covered with a seamless coat of liquid rubber protects against the elements! TOPPS SEAL's superior elongation will guard against leaks. The rubber naturally resists salt and moisture.
