FLAT ROOF UPGRADE

Restoring new roof performance always involves less when done earlier.

That is why TOPPS^® provides you two maintenance options. System 5100 uses the existing roof as its base and installs a lightweight polyester reinforced cap on top.

System 1100 seals and protects roofs which require less, after only critical areas are reinforced.

Saving money and labor on tear-off and replacement is achieved by doing maintenance on a timely basis.

After roofs are thoroughly inspected, with damaged areas replaced, known critical areas are repaired and reinforced using TOPPS repair compounds. Adding the polyester PolyCore™ turns some of the roof's weakest areas into the strongest. The new Topps Seal™ finish preserves and protects for extending roof life.

Preparation The old surface is cleaned of any foreign materials that can prevent direct adhesion.

Sectional Repairs Wet insulation (if any) is removed and the area rebuilt. Localized damages are corrected. Maintenance systems are installed with PolyCore™ membrane laid over critical areas needing reinforcement and all flashings. Fully reinforced systems are installed with PolyCore™ membrane throughout.

Surface The Topps^® seamless weather protection installs and gives a durable, weather resistant, protective barrier.
