Why Replace 100% of Your Roof ... When Only 10% Is The Problem?

"For When It's Not A New Roof You Need, But A Better Roof!"

FLAT ROOF UPGRADE
Systems 5100/1100

offers you two options to most efficiently restore and protect these type roofs. The repair and coating “non-reinforced” system provides you with a durable maintenance procedure when minimal work is required. It relies more upon the integrity of the existing roof as it strategically reinforces known critical areas and then replaces lost weatherproofing components throughout.

The “reinforced” systems provide you a seamless, lightweight, complete new roof cap. It extends roof life when the old roof's performance is less predictable and more extensive protection is needed. This enables total sealing direct to the old roof without added weight load stress or punctures.

Both roofs are blanketed with 100% water repellent, UV protected, cool, white, TOPPS SEAL™.

Preparation
The surface must be clean, dry and free of loose coatings and foreign materials. Using stiff push brooms and blowers is preferable when water is not needed.

General
Base Coat™ is engineered for adhesion and labor savings. It bonds the PolyCore™ polyester membrane directly to the old roof and prepares it for the final finish spray coat.

Installing
PolyCore™ polyester membrane is installed to reinforce all flashings on all roofs. The PolyCore™ caps the entire roof with the total roof capping procedure. It is installed only at critical areas needing reinforcement, on the maintenance option.

Afterwards, the entire surface is encased in seamless, water-free TOPPS SEAL™ rubber. White is recommended to reduce thermal stress and the future need for maintenance.
